The year-end banquet

Winter has gradually gone, the pace of the spring are cheerful approaching to us. In the days of winter to spring, we will celebrate the annual Spring Festival.

To celebrate the new year, we decorated our office, making it filled with a peaceful scene. Of course, as a company, to welcome the arrival of Chinese New Year and thanks to employees in the past year who were contributed to the company. On Jan 22^nd , we had a meeting to gave a profound summary of work for the previous year and plan a new year’s goals. After that, the company prepared some gifts, annual bonus, delicious lunch and some activities for each employee. With the arrangement of admin Dept, the company of their staff gathered together to spend a beautiful day.

In the morning, when three of our staffs who located in the factory arrived in the office, our general manager held a meeting. During the meeting, marketing department gave the report which reviews the past year in work, confirmed their staff development and growth for the company to make achievements. According to the market conditions for 2011, the meeting determined the company’s business objectives and marketing plans, pointed out the direction of staff and enhanced staff team cohesion and motivation.

Oh, it was lunch time, all staff went to a nearby restaurant—the West Lake in spring. Enjoyed the year-end banquet, while enjoyed the delicious cuisine, were expected the next year—the company can have better development, we are able to contribute more, gain the better achievement.

Towards the end of year-end banquet, general manager of Manna and Chief Executive Officer Horan cheers everyone, issued a year-end bonuses for employees, the party atmosphere to a climax. Finally, Mr Horan behalf of the company, gave their thanks to every employee here: thank them for contributing to the company over the past year, thank them for being with the company and grow up together, thank them for working with passion and happiness.

Two hours later, the banquet was end. In our laughter, all the staffs went to the KTV to sing. At that time, everybody could sing loud, abreact the anger and share the happiness. It was a pity when 18:00 o’clock. We had to end today’s activities.

Although it was over, our hearts had a small regret—always hope that we can get together more and longer. We also understand that kind life is created by our hands, as long as we work together, the company will be better tomorrow, our life will be better as well!
